Layout and furnishing guidance. If you want us to buy on your behalf, that is a budget you approve in writing. We do not quietly become a furniture store.

Price the first month
Opening rates, the channels it should sit on, and a decision about nightly stays, mid-term, or a resident. Then the steady operation can take over.
