Animus is a Latin word for mind, intention, and the spirit that moves a thing. We use it plainly. A house needs someone paying attention when the owner is elsewhere.
The company
Animus Management Services is a property operations company. We manage long-term rentals, short-term and mid-term stays, and the housekeeping that both of those depend on.
The work is local on purpose. A turnover, a leak, and a lockout are not theoretical. We take a home when we can stand in it the day it needs us. That is a smaller map than a national brochure, and it is the only map that produces a well-run house.
We are not a marketplace, and we are not a software dashboard with a phone tree behind it. Owners get a person, a standard, and a statement.
